Dr. Persinger is an excellent and caring physician. She always explains bloodwork and other test results clearly and stays up-to-date with my medical reports sent to her by specialists I see. Dr. Persinger treats me as If I matter, and that means a great deal to me.

I have had a horrible experience with this office. They are unorganized, rude and arrogant. I have been very ill and the emergency hospital ask me to follow up with ent and doctor. I put calls in. She is always gone or out of the office. They would not get me a visit date. To be seen. I was told by ER that I didn't have a cold. They wanted to rule cancer out or check for nodules. The staff at dr persengers office basically didn't care. They were very hard to deal with. They wouldn't do anything. Then when the doctor came back. Obviously the people 'I offended because they didn't do their job' must have decided I was mean and they didn't want to see me as a patient. I take it that if you have an opinion. Or a grievance don't tell them they are always right and they have special privileges to treat you or not treat you based on if they like you or not. I would stay away from this place. To much clicking and to much drama
