Incompetent doctor who doesn't listen to patients
My father was seen repeatedly by her and she told him he had "uncontrolled asthma" and basically blamed him. He had a 2 cm lump on his lung causing his issues. She then said she was referring him to UW. Three days passed and I called UW, they never got a referral. I called Richland Medical Center and they said Christine was now gone on vacation for a week. She doesn't care about her patients and is an incompetent care provider. I would not trust her to provide effective care for even the slightest medical inconvenience.

Dr. Richards is wonderful as well as her staff. She is kind, through, listens, and explains everything to make me feel comfortable. I am so glad I chose this practice and Dr Richards.

Well women’s Annual check-up. As always, Dr. Richards was fantastic. She and her team have great verbal communication; addressed all my questions; were completely informed of current guidelines; have amazing bedside manner; and we’re on-time.
