Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

The negative reviews have been experienced by patients he’s told a truth they want to hear and didn’t come prepared for visit. I’ve only seen him 2-3x. Agree, there’s not enough time spent with patient, but he sees an appointment every 10-15 minutes. So it’s an in-and-out visit. He does take time if you have questions written down and let him know that he hasn’t addressed your concerns. For us who are “big” or obese, you have to realize that obesity impacts your lower extremities. You need to tackle obesity if you don’t want pain in ankles, feet, knees, nor hips. He’s very amicable and professional. He’s done what he can for my pain.

So rude!
I went in to the clinic to see Dr Barnes after almost a month of waiting for an appt for knee pain. The man had made up his mind on my treatment before he even saw me because he knew I was overweight. He asked me if I had always been “big.” He told me his neighbor would do my lap surgery even though I already had told him I had lost a large amount of weight through diet and exercise. He didn’t help me on the exam table to give me a shot. He literally pulls the stool out and told me to get on. Then didn’t help me up after the shot. There was no after care instructions. Just that should get me through to the end of the school year at least. Seriously, the worst visit with a provider as well as the most insulting.

Didn't listen. Didn't get half of the therapy I was supposed to before he released me back to work.

Dr.Barnes is a doctor that tells you straight up how things are, and doesn’t sugar coat it. He gets things done, and tells you like it is. He’s done both of my knee surgeries, and I would recommend him to everyone. He’s fantastic at what he does.

I would totally recommend Dr. Christopher Barnes. I had a “massive” Rotator Cuff Tear. Dr. Barnes took the time to chit chat and put me at ease. He gave me his qualifications, which were exceptional. I was confident in his ability to preform my surgery. He went over my condition with me in minute detail so I could understand what needed to be fixed and how it would be repaired. On the day of the surgery he was there when they took me back to be prepped making sure he was aware of everything being done. That was extremely comforting. I felt very special and was very happy to be his patient. Dr. Barnes also personally called me after surgery to make sure everything was okay and to see if I had any questions. The whole process was seamless. When I go in for my post opt appointments, he treats me like a friend that’s coming to visit. Dr. Barnes is a totally amazing doctor and anyone would be lucky to have him as their surgeon!

Why is it so hard to sit, take time, and actually listen to your patients need? If you want a doctor who makes his mind up before he sees you, then a 2 min visit, and a cortisone shot then Barnes is your man! We as patients deserve respect and not just shoved out the door as fast as you can get rid of us! Yeah I’m not going back, I’m getting a 2nd opinion!

Dr. Barnes does excellent work. He has done my knee surgery and rotor cuff and AC joint surgery. I am fearful of doctors and with God guiding him he has proven to be an awesome doctor. S. Johnson

He did My shoulder surgery and it is a lot worse now than pre-surgery. I talked to another Patient of his in P.T. and They had the same results. He is very arrogant, uncaring and I would not allow him to operate on My dog. He is to mistake prone and will not admit to one. STAY AWAY form this person. SERIOUSLY.

He has a God complex and a friendly face but nasty disposition. He jad lofty goal for my acl surgery and when I didnt reach the milestones in time (type 2diabetic) He accused me of faking pain for pills in front of a visiting interns. When i demanded he return and i reminded him of the type 2 hrs looked shocked and apologized. And i fired him on the spot. And my acl 2yrs later still has its moments. BEWARE

Dr. Barnes has done Rotator cuff repairs on my left and right arms. Although he is a man of few words , his surgery and clinical acumen speak for themselves. I have been very pleased with the results in the past and then again most recently . He quickly gets evaluations done , and MRI and then schedules surgery within a reasonable amount of time . As with any surgery rehabilitation does take time but the results of his care are well worth it . I have in the past and continue to highly recommend

Dr. Barnes was amazing. He performed my knee surgery and thoroughly explained options available and the precise procedure. He allowed me to walk across the stage for my high school graduation in 2009. My overall experience was amazing. Thank you so much.
