He is condescending, does not listen to patients when they have questions, gets angry when asking questions, and doesn't follow through on test result, causing a mis-diagnosis for my mother - called it vertigo when her EKG showed A-Fib.

Not a good doctor
Doesn't want to listen to his patient when they come in the hospital for chest pain and shortness of breath and dizziness and chest discomfort and trying to say it is acid reflux but it is not and he didn't care about my respiratory rate bottoming out either

Zero is not an option
Mercy ER visit. Dr Bell seemed incredibly inexperienced and spoke to me in a patronizing manner. Told me about treatments and tests he would be ordering and did not follow through. An absolute waste of time. I received no answers. I will be following up with a doctor not associated with Mercy.

This complete quack, sorry, "emergency medicine specialist", can be found misdiagnosing patients in the St. Edwards-Fort Smith ER. My mother suffered loss of feeling in her hand and face, memory loss, and high blood pressure (over 175/80, medicated). His diagnosis? Anxiety, brought on by a trip to Wal-Mart, My mom lives at Wal-Mart. His reasoning? She had come off an antidepressant two weeks previous. Never mind she had been through a proper weaning-off period.
