Dr. Christopher Bettacchi, MD

He never makes me feel rushed. He will answer any question I have in a way that is clear and understandable. My only complaint is that sometimes it seems to take longer than it should to reach him whether by portal or phone.

Dr. B's clinic and staff were very very helpful. They ended up not being able to treat my diagnosis, but took quick action on finding a doctor (in my network) that could! His assistant, Erica, was incredibly helpful and very communicative throughout the 2 weeks we had contact. She even messaged me a few weeks after I started my treatment process with my new doctor just to check in. I definitely recommend this doctor, the office really does care.

We had a great experience with this doctor. He saved my life! We did almost 2 months of infusion antibiotics. What seemed like what could have been a very difficult and painful experience was made absolutely pleasant by this doctor and his awesome staff. We love the infusion nurses at his office! I had my first ( and only) appt in July 6. It is now August 21. When I left the appt I was told by Dr Bettachi and his staff that they would be getting back to me in about a week regarding my lab work and the decision about how to move forward with treatment. I never heard back. I have left 4 voicemails basically pleading for someone to call me back. As of today nothing. Never experienced this much unprofessionalism.... especially with a doctor.

I love Dr. Bettacchi! He’s smart but does y’all over you. He listens and explains the plan well, he has good follow up. The staff is really nice and I felt at ease in the office.

Dr Bettacchi is EXTREMELY competent and informative during visits. He works in a clinic with Baylor that does research for the latest in treatments. Dr Bettacchi has the best bedside manner as well- unparalleled. HOWEVER, some of the staff are very willing to set you up (MA) with prescrptions and everything you need. They have onsite blood draw and testing, so no need to go to another facility- BUT some of the 'cheaper' staff or receptionists are completely clueless as to patient care and need
