This review is not for Dr. Bray this is about calling his office and speaking to someone I believe named Kaylyn to make an appointment she is the rudest person I think I’ve ever spoken to in a doctors office! I was told I could not make an appointment with Dr. Bray I can never make an appointment with the doctor, how do you get to see a doctor I ask, you don’t she said, very clipped short and rude answers, so much for finding a new family Dr here! I hope the doctor reads this so he knows how front staff are representing his practice!

Dr. Bray is knowledgeable and takes his time. He is well versed in homeopathic treatment options. A patient leaves with printed info on what was discussed as well as info on supplements. That said, it's often difficult to get an appointment. Dr. Bray is frequently unavailable, works in Tioga very infrequently, and staff tries to switch patients to his RNP at another office for primary care. Front desk staff are also very young, snotty and rude, opposite Dr Bray's demeanor.

Although Dr. Bray is a very competent and compassionate physician, getting service at his office is a challenge. The business model the office operates on seems designed to keep patients as far away from the medical staff as possible unless they can schedule their medical needs days or weeks in advance. Prescription refills can take 72 hours or more to process, and, apparently, longer on weekends because there appear to be no physicians available on Fridays.

I am happy with Dr Brays work. However I am a little disappointed with the new staff members. Communications have worsened so much now
