Great Dr, very personable. Staff is lacking people skills. From getting an appointment to getting prescriptions it takes several calls & visits and still nobody takes any responsibility for not completing patient needs.

Detached Dr and rude practice
My husband likes him for some reason. I think he comes across as detached and uncaring - as does his staff. On the rare occasion that my husband sees him, he says he appears concerned. The people who staff the office are not. My husband was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and AFib for a week six years ago the day after getting an all clear from that practice. They do not give vaccinations (“just go to drug store”). Now my husband is sick with covid and called in. His health seems like it’s declining again - horrible cough and lowering 02. Basically told him to “take an expectorant.” When I had covid, Dr Brady’s office called and checked on me, as did Dr Brady. My husband is 74 with AFib. Someone should give a rat’s butt about him and it is NOT this practice. He is not going to complain about less than mediocre care but I will. Why see elderly patients if you do not want to provide care?

I have been a patient of Dr. Broadways for 3-4 years now. I find him to be warm and friendly, and I really like him as a local doctor. He always listens really well and he includes me in the discussion about my treatment. I have to see a couple of specialists for other chronic conditions, but he is a very good PCP. I also have never had any issues with his staff. They are always professional and friendly.

Dr. Broadway was the first doctor I've gone to in YEARS that listened to me and believed that I was having the issues I was having. Every other doctor I have seen would tell me I was too young to have these issues and would refuse to do further tests or order imaging. Even after I told them I was injured in Afghanistan while in the Army. They would all say I was too young despite having evidence and 2 surgeries. Dr. Broadway listened and ordered images and referred me to a specialist. I am so glad that I have finally found a doctor who listens.

He may have gotten thru medical school, but you have to remember what you learned and know how to use it. You have to know how to treat people. He is doesn't appear to know what he's doing and covers it up with arrogance and rudeness . He still gets paid but you don't get helped!

Dr Broadway has been my PCP for a couple of years. Anything other than something minor he has refered me to another doctor. I've had severe leg pain twice in the last 6 months and both times he had little advice beyond rest. A week ago I saw him again with severe leg pain including extreme weakness that made it impossible to walk more than a few feet. Dr Broadway spent 5 minutes with me, didn't do a physical exam, and basically said let the Mederol pack work which another doctor gave me Saturday. The next day I was in the ER and by Saturday having emergency spine surgery! I will never go back to Dr Broadway again and advise anyone else do the same.

I was looking for a new pcp and I was impressed by the reviews posted for Dr Broadway. However my impression of the office staff is not favorable, specifically an office nurse named Brittany, I found her attitude toward a new patient very unprofessional, flip even cavalier when defending her position of not telling me that my appt was with the NP . I was explicit about requesting to see apracticing physician. Furthermore, just to get an appt I had to change my pcp through my insurance provider.

Dr. Broadway has been very helpful for me. I'm not one who likes a lot of harassment from a doctor, but wants them to shoot me straight and he does this.

This man is a menace to society. He was my 93 year old mother-in-law's doctor. She fell and was complaining of pain in her right hip. She could barely walk using a walker. We took her to see him and he refused to send her for x-rays saying if it was still hurting in a week come back to see him. We took her to another doctor who immediately x-rayed her hip and it was broken. This was the second time he has done this. I quit using him because he misdiagnosed me as well.
