Dr. Christopher Bui, MD

I had to go to the ER (on a Friday) due to severe abdominal pain. He was extremely nice there and he assured me he would help me for a follow up and have a colonoscopy done. I was relieved, it was my second time going to the emergency room. But, Monday when I went to his office he did not receive me. I was in so much pain, I really thought he would help me, but he didn't even bother to let me in the office. His excuse was my insurance. I would of paid out of pocket. He could of worked out a plan. He just didn't seem humble about the entire experience. Do not go to this doctor. He's not sincere.

I HIGHLY recommend no one go here. 1. I waited two hours before being taken to a room. 2. Awful staff who shouldn't be qualified to be behind a desk. Rude, unprofessional, and talked about me in a different language. 3. They left classified information of another patients file open on the computer in the room I was taken to. 4. I took my classified information from the new patient form, and their copies of my ID and walked out before seeing the doctor. DO NOT GO HERE

WORST shady doctors office in Orange County waited over a month for an appointment with Dr. Bui...upon arriving to the doctors office wasn't even acknowledged by the 2 front desk receptionist waited over an hour than the "scheduled appt time" to be seen by the nurse practitioner by the name of Thanh Nguyen who was beyond RUDE, unhelpful, extremely unprofessional, without ABSOLUTELY no sense of empathy for her potential new patient, nor professional etiquet like, when we asked she was a doctor sh

I would not recommend this doctor. He isn't sympathetic to your issue. Nor does he check out the problem. Staff speaks very little broken English and very rude. If you want help for your condition I recommend going somewhere esle.

I wish his office is more organized and staff be more professional. My mom was waitinf for her ultrasound. We arrived 15 minutes ealier, and wait for another 30 minutes. When she asked when her turn was, she was notified that she needed to wait for another 20 minutes because they let the patient who came after her come first because that patient stated she had to catch the bus. Doctor office should be fair and professional. My mom was NPO since last night and now is noon and she is still waiting
