Wonderful Doctor and team
Dr. Caldwell gave me a complete thyroidectomy. Everyone was wonderful from the staff in his office to his surgery team.. I really enjoyed the anesthesiologist. He was very funny and helped me get over my fears the day of surgery.

Excellent doctor
My experience with Dr. Caldwell was excellent. He is a great doctor, and took time to answer all my questions. I had a successful surgery, and had no complications. His office staff, PA, and nurses were also kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Caldwell.

Best General Surgeon in the business. Dr. Caldwell did an excellent job of repairing my inguinal hernia. Dr. Caldwell and his team were very accomodating. Did a very thorough job of explaining the procedure as well ad post Op recovery instruction. I would highly recommend Dr. Caldwell to anyone! Thank you, Dr Caldwell!

Very short. My daughter the patient was hung up on by the office staff when she was lost trying to get in the building for the appt. The PA came in and reacted rudely when my daughter refused a physical breast exam having just gotten biopsies done and she was very uncomfortable. The PA then stated well he is the one performing your surgery. My daughter was so upset as she was there for a consult and to find what her options were. Needless to say, she left. He may be a very good doctor. Unfortunately his staff needs to be trained on patient care and empathy especially those that found out less than 9 days ago that they have breast cancer.

Dr Caldwell has been so very helpful with answering all my questions. If he was unavailable Vicki was there as she is awesome also. His whole staff is always ready to make you comfortable and you will never feel rushed.

Dr. Caldwell has got to be one of the nicest people on the planet! He's VERY caring, a great listener and never cold (unlike many doctors). I'd give him more stars if I could!

I absolutely love Dr Caldwell and his staff! They have done an amazing job of taking care of me, they saved me - Literally. I am forever grateful to them. I love the team approach. No questions are left unanswered and I feel they gave me 100% what I needed from them. Office staff is friendly and helpful as well. I would recommend them to everyone I know. As a matter of fact I am heading there today ??
