Intelligent and professional
Dr. CHIODO, is an outstanding caring, intelligent, and helpful doctor. I was at my wits end with my issue and he is helping me, beyond any other doctor I saw, to get down to the problems I have. I have to walk for a long time and he is making sure that happens. Thank you!

Dr. Chiodo changed my son’s life by repairing a very difficult brake. Can’t say enough about what a fantastic job he did. The Nadeau family thanks you.

An arrogant & obnoxious waste of my time & money
Read the other 1 star reviews. Condescending. Rude. Not helpful. Uncaring. Self absorbed. Superiority/God complex. A legend in his own mind.

Rude, and ignorant
Rushes every meeting we had to keep it under 10 minutes. Interrupts every question we try to ask. Ignores feedback on pain or discomfort. Worst of all, ignores other doctors input and insists he knows more than everyone. God complex with feet. At the end of 1 year under his care there has been no help or desire to actually resolve the issue. I bet he has a great golf game.

Dr. Chiodo is a wonderful doctor.
I am thrilled with the results of my foot surgery performed by Dr. Christopher Chiodo in April of 2022. I went to Dr. Chiodo with severe Achilles tendon pain and constant swelling of my heel. Dr. Chiodo operated in the middle of April and it is now August and I am pain free and walking without any difficulty. Dr. Chiodo's Senior Administrative Assistant Rob Tebeau was also amazing. He helped me manage all of the paperwork needed for my job and quickly responded to any questions or concerns that I had. I am truly grateful for the knowledge, professionalism, and surgical ability of Dr. Chiodo and his team. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chiodo to anyone who needed foot or ankle surgery. Thank you

A very respected Orthopaedic Surgeon
Dr. Chiodo came highly recommended to me. I had several other foot surgeries and find him to be excellent. His knowledge, manner, expertise, caring, and coupled with a great team make a five star review in my mind.

The Foxborough location is an easy place to get to with plenty of parking. They have some of the greatest doctors in the world at this location. The staff are great, and the facility is very clean. I also highly recommend Dr Chiodo to anyone seeking the best of the best in his profession. I previously saw another doctor for the same issues, and he offered almost nothing to help me with the pain. I know my ankle will never be the same, but Dr Chiodo improve my ability to walk and play golf 100%. I'm so thankful for the care he has given me.

Was referred to Dr. Chiodo by my primary physician after I experienced a shattered calcaneus. Dr. Chiodo fully explained the results of my X-rays and CT scan in detail and expertly answered all our many questions. Due to the nature of the injury he did not recommend surgery. Throughout the 8 month long process of healing, and many visits, he has been outstanding. During my appointments, he always put me at ease, was never rushed, listened to me and took the time to ensure all my questions were answered. I work in the medical field and I always felt I was in the excellent hands of a true professional. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of my care. Additionally, his staff is outstanding. Especially, Rob Tebeau who was always able to work miracles coordinating visits and procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Chiodo.

I had severe leg pain predominately below the knee. I told him I think it is in the back. He determined I should have the four compartments in the calf decompressed before I had somebody "monkey with your back". Had the surgery it did absolutely nothing. In a follow up I stated again that I think it was in the back. He said well if you think it's in the back you should see a spine surgeon for consult.

I have never met a more unbalanced and down right mean person. I need surgery but would never let this doctor near me. Run the other way. I wasted two appointments with Dr Chiodo and stupidly allowed myself to be bullied tv FCC

Dr. Chiodo has a weird mean streak and a short fuse if you dare to ask him ANYTHING. His demeanor is so unprofessional and really kind of abusive that I felt like I was in the room with a bully. In addition, after seeing another Dr. it turns out he totally misdiagnosed me. I'm very concerned that a doctor this hostile and temperamental is Head of Foot and Ankle. He reflects badly on the Brigham.

For 9 months I was in excruciating pain, test after test nobody could seem to figure out what the problem was until my visit with Dr. Chiodo. I was referred to Dr. Chiodo for his specialty and at the first appointment, he knew exactly what the issue was...after PT to prep for surgery and then surgery, within 3 days after surgery, I was out of pain. Thank you, Dr. Chiodo

Arthritis in the big toe with a titanium implant ( not performed by Dr. Chiodo) was causing pain walking and precluded playing my only sport, golf. Dr. Chiodo recommended fusion of the phalange (toe end) to the metatarsal (foot end) basically eliminating the joint completely. This was a complicated surgery entailing not only bone fusion but also removing the titanium implant. After 6 months, I can walk again and play golf. Highly recommend Dr. Chiodo!

I ruptured my Achilles on the week of Thanksgiving. Even though it was just before the holiday, Dr. Chiodo made time to see me the same day that I called his office. He spent the time with me explaining my options, giving me all the information I needed to decide the course of action that suited me best. I've never felt rushed in his office, and he has offices in multiple locations which is convenient. I am very appreciative of the care Dr. Chiodo provided me. He is a very good man.

Dr. Chiodo always keeps you waiting then spends minimal time with you. He breezes in and out very quickly, without answering questions or even examining you(his PA does the hands on work) He is often condescending and rude. After my surgery he never came out to speak to my husband. Dr. Chiodo needs to work on his patient care skills, his enormous ego, and his nonexistent bedside manner.

He's a great, talented, surgeon. I had a hole in my talus bone and after meeting with two doctors, one a famous sports surgeon which wouldn't do ithe surgery because he couldn't guarantee success,; the other doctor lacked experience. During a follow up meeting 3 years later I recognized how Dr Chiodo is a really nice person and has a great philosophy about patient treatment. My surgery exceeded my expection. I can exercise some, which wasn't guaranteed and I don't have constant pain. Success!!!

I do not have such positive feedback back about my experience with Dr. Chiodo. I was a patient of his beginning in 2015. For pain in my left second digit toe, proceeding a bunyionectomy. Over the course of 1 year Doctor Chiodo was unable to diagnose a Plantar Plate Tear. This was after 2 MRI's, an xray, cortisone shot and multiple office visits. Sending me a away with " a complicated" foot diagnosis. A second opinion diagnosed my condition using same MRI and we proceeded to surgery.

I had a complete ankle replacement back in August of 2015. After years of suffering with pain and inflamation, I coul not be happier with the results and Dr. Chiodo's 100% dedication to my well being. Dr. Chiodo understood my inital reservations and put me at ease with his professionalism and plan for my complete care (pre and post surgery). I HIGHLY recommned Dr. Chiodo and his practice.
