Not enough words to fully describe how happy I am
I am a patient of Dr Costa's but I am also a surgeon.  I am very meticulous with my skin closures and that was one of my greatest concerns.  Dr. Costa did a fantastic job and I am very happy with my incisions. Dr. Costa is extremely well educated, his training background is impressive and he is beyond intelligent but at the same time he is humble, approachable and personable.  I've enjoyed every visit.  The office is well decorated with nice details in the design.  The staff is competent and cheerful.  I feel like I am 49 going on 20. I am finally living my life to the fullest and I have Dr Costa to thank.  He is truly talented and did an amazing job on EVERYTHING.  Mother nature is a b****, but Dr. Costa is your man!

650cc moderate silicone implants transaxillary
Got a breast augmentation with 650cc moderate silicone implants and I declined the recommended lift. They still turned out great so far and I'm super pleased with the result! Looks extremely natural just like I wanted.

Laser Treatment
I had a Laser Treatment and 3 Microneedling sessions at Platinum Plastic Surgery run by Dr. Chris Costa. I am very happy with the results. The work was done by Kim Lancaster-Jensen, their Aesthetician & Laser expert. Very simply I was in the hands of a Professional who knew what she was doing and took the time to look over every square inch of my face/neck to insure she did not miss anything. Friends have noticed my new youthful appearance and that makes me feel great.

I saw Dr. Costa for a rhinoplasty procedure. My nose came out PERFECT, exactly what he said it would look like. I am absolutely in love with the result. The staff there has been so nice and helpful through the recovery process. I can't get enough of this place!

I had a Mommy Makeover which consisted of a tummy tuck and breast lift with liposuction on 5/21/18 with Dr. Costa. Dr. Costa was so kind and patient in answering all of my questions, fears and concerns. I am in LOVE with the results!! Simply the best surgeon!!
