I took my mom to Dr. Do for an appointment recently, he was quick to make comparisons such as when my mom mentioned her back has been hurting a lot recently to which he replied, “my back has been hurting for 39 years.”, didn’t come to him to be compared. He adjusted some medications that a local Hospital had prescribed my mom, later that day my mom (who’s in her mid 70s by the way) was a bit confused to the changes so I called the office back on speaker with her so we could make a note of what she needs to take and when, his front desk staff said they’d have to ask the doctor and call me back. I said ok, that’s fine but I wanted them to call me before the days end as my mom had to take her medicine before bed like usual, to which they said they would. They didn’t call me back and it’s not Saturday, their office is closed until Monday. Lack of attentiveness and the doctor can be kind of hard to talk to sometimes. they’ve had a full voicemail mailbox for a while so can’t leave a message

I don't quite understand why Dr Christopher Do got some bad reviews. The first impression on him was very professional, efficient even knowledgeable on different types of chronic illness. He was very nice, kind and was willing to spend a lot of time on me even on my other medical issues that I didn't expect that he would immediately call the specialist to see if he could help me or not. He also gave me a list of neurosurgeons whom I need to have consultation with. I have never met such a terrific pcp in 32 years! I am blessed to have him as my family doctor. I would definitely asked my family members to shift their pcp to Dr Do. His staff are all efficient and well-mannered. Useful Funny Cool

This place sucks. i went for TV screening and they are considering it as a doctor's visit and billing insurance to take advantage. Staffs members are rude and does not communicate properly. My advice to this office is to hire person who can communicate with patience better. I was so surprised when i get a bill from them saying TV screening is considered as office visit. I called 3 times and they took a month to figure out why they send me bill. I will not go to this place again. Lack of professi

I would not recommend Dr. Christopher Do to other patients. He makes very little effort to engage with you, and I felt like I had to press him harder for any details or advice, for fear he wouldn't say anything helpful. He hardly asked any questions or offered any info that I did not already know from doing my own research. My overall impression was that he was rather cold and aloof. I had one other relative go to Dr. Do and experienced the same thing, so I know am not alone in this sentiment.
