Dr. Christopher Dolan, MD

I feel like i won the lottery when Dr. Christopher Dolan ended up being my skin cancer surgeon. I was very apprehensive about having any surgery, as this is only the second time in my long life to have had to have surgery. In talking to an old boss of mine, who also had skin cancer removed from his face, and the pain he related associated with its removal, as well as his dissatisfaction with the aesthetic outcome, made me very nervous. But the nurses who assisted in prepping me for my surgery were wonderful, always inquiring whether i was experiencing any pain, and working to ensure that i wouldn't feel any during my surgery were spot on great. Dr. Dolan, as others have mentioned for them as well, called me the following day, to inquire whether i had any questions or concerns, was further reinforcement of my belief that Dr. Dolan and his staff are the best of the best, and that i am blessed to have had them treat me.

Getting a basal cell carcinoma report is not easy, but dealing with Dr. Dolan and his staff was amazing. They were all so caring, and explained the procedure, and made it as painless as possible. They were all amazing.. Thanks for what you all do.

Dr Dolan & staff were very professional, informative and receptive to the fact that I was nervous about the procedure. They explained everything very thoroughly & he even calls to check on the patient afterwards. I am very pleased with the facility & staff.

I had a Teladoc appointment with him for a prescription refill as I could not go to my usual dermatologist. He prescribed a different formulation than what is usually prescribed for my condition and then blamed me, the patient, for it when I questioned it (I am also a physician albeit in a completely different field). What is the point of coming to a specialist then? Should you not have knowledge on the formulation types? I should have just booked a generalist Teladoc. Very patronizing and unprofessional.

I had MOHS surgery from Dr. Dolan and he and the team were great. Fantastic experience. He also followed up later that day. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Dr. Dolan and team are fantastic. I have been to the practice twice now for Mohs procedures. The staff is conscientious, thorough in their explanation (I’m probably more curious than most), and thoughtful in procedures. Dr. Dolan is very approachable and inspires trust. I have great confidence in him. He also called after both procedures to follow-up -- that doesn’t happen often these days. I definitely recommend.

Honestly, I'm VERY surprised at some of the bad reviews for Dr. Dolan. He was completely professional, very patient, great bedside manner. He even personally called me the next day to see how I was doing! He was conservative on taking too much skin and as concerned about the cosmetic outcome of my Mohs procedure as I was, not to mention, to obviously get all the cancer cells.
