The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Furlan is simply amazing. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. I wish I had switched to them sooner. Great attention and service, you never feel rushed or that you are just another patient. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your bone structure that you had no clue about. It was a relief to find a dentist with compassion and integrity. Dr. Furlan saw me on an emergency basis for a popped crown while I was visiting in Philadelphia. I got lost, I was late, but he graciously and personally admitted me. I was astounded by his professionalism, his humor and his willingness to share his fascinating research. I have received dental service in seven states, but this was the best. I am thinking of moving to Havertown...just so he could be my dentist!
