My 13yo daughter was sectioned to the ER from a CBAT. The CBAT requested inpatient care. Dr. Gordon allowed her to be discharged to a STARR bed without access to her medication or any treatment. He lied to the licensing board saying that a STARR program provides therapy appropriate to her presentation because she calmed down for the few hours she was in the ER though her violent behavior had been escalating for a week in the CBAT. She had just turned 13 and was placed with males that were 17yo and 18yo in a group home!
