I have been with Dr. Harlan for a few years! He listens to what I say and gives me his best opinion and treatment. My husband now goes to him and thinks he is awesome. Hopefully the rest of my family will join us. He is going to tell you the truth wether you ready to here it or not. I was reading the other reviews and ran across a woman who left one star. Something about the Dr. supposedly told her husband he shouldn’t have to stop drinking. Maybe the Dr knew what his wife was like and that’s why he told him he shouldn’t stop. Drinking and depression go hand in hand with a difficult relationship. Just saying Love Dr. Harlan! He is the best!

I've been a patient of Dr. Harlan's for roughly one year now. He's fantastic. Doesn't pull punches. Gives it to you straight. His suggestions are always incredibly on the nose, and he has the best interest of the patient at heart. Really listens to me and understands. I appreciate that.

I saw Dr. Harlan at his previous office for more than 10 years. I followed him when he moved to Meritas and pay extra to do so because he is such a good doc. He is a great diagnostician, keeps up on his literature and has an entertaining bedside manner. I liked him so much that I then took my sons to him. They still see him. I recommended him to my ex-wife, who still sees him. Now my wife sees him, too. He and his crew solve any problems with meds and pharmacies quickly. Once I brought our youngest into him following a diving accident. Although the kid was symptom-free, the second that we walked into the room he said "that kid's got a concussion" (he did). Harlan has been very available and accessible the entire time we've known him. Now my stepkids see him. I wouldn't send my children to someone I didn't trust. I have some serious and ongoing health challenges. Dr. Harlan has helped me to navigate them, keeping me in the work force and earning for my family. He's a great doctor.

I have known Dr. Harlan for over 13 years. When my doctor retired about 10 years ago, I was so happy he was accepting new patients. I have great confidence in him and he always listens and never makes me feel that my concerns are not worth his time. He is very practical and straight forward while remaining caring.

Dr. Harlan had been my doc for 9 plus years. He has always been engaged and caring and concerned as appropriate and usually doing so with a student in-tow. I am a Disabled Veteran and have a number of different issues, and he is always knowledgeable and gets to the bottom of what is happening. He is a great doc.

Dr. Harlan listens, makes recommendations while being sensitive to his patient's feelings, knows his stuff, and cares! He is definitely one of the very best doctors I have ever encountered. Highly recommended!

Dr. Harlan has been our family physician for years. His care and concern for our family has been amazing. We were so sad when he left Encompass Medical Group, but might just follow him if insurance allows. He's knowledgeable, kind, and it's evident he loves what he does.

He’s the best, definitely listens! Both my husband and I see him. He is very knowledgeable and update on new practices/meds!

I had to leave when insurance changed. Now back on Medicare. Helped solve two of my problems immediately. Direct, but friendly and great. Don’t understand negative comments.

My husband I both go this dr! He told my husband he shouldn’t of quit drinking cause of depression also tried to tell him AAA never helped no one! Did nothing to help him! We are getting new drs

Cares more about what's good for himself instead of what's best for his patients. Plus the facility is outdated.
