Most condescending person I have ever met
He had absolutely no interest in anything I had to say, or any of my concerns. He didn't believe anything I told him simply because he had never heard of the facility I had gotten it done at. When I pulled out the reports, notes he seemed shocked that I had proof. He also made the comment 'I'm not so sure if you held a gun to my head I would know where that is' after telling him where it was done at. He proceeded to tell me everything they told me was wrong and cut me off every time I tried to say something. Worst experience I've ever had.

Efficient and Thorough
Everything was very efficient starting at the front desk, to x-ray, to exam and diagnosis, to remedy. Team was professional and gracious and kept things moving. Dr. Henley answered my questions and got me on my way.

Inconsiderate & lack of professionalism
Came in for a fractured wrist, he said my wrist bone was broken in half n surgery was needed and only way I would fully heal or I’d be living with a crack on my wrist forever . I asked to see the X-ray photos n it showed different to what he claimed. Very avoidant to his mistake rather had an assistant show me the pictures n had to call him in again. Came in with a rude gesture bc I didn’t say yes to surgery and tried to show me a socket area to make it seem that was the broken area then pointed at another area below where no broken bones showed as he tried to claim. Didn’t care to go through other alternatives as he’s trained to do and offer. The assistant lady was more helpful with advice on how to go about it without surgery . Felt like he’s there with only one thing in mind and that’s to make the maximum profit suggesting surgery to everything than actually taking into consideration the other alternatives available. I’m 23yo the body is made to heal one way or the other.

Although I had suffered with. carpal tunnel syndrome for several years, I was quite anxious about having surgery. Everyone associated with Ozark Orthopedics and Dr. Henley treated me with patience and kindness. Post surgery, I feel great and have no pain.

No bedside manner whatsoever. Made me as a patient feel like I was taking up his time with what he felt were insignificant concerns. Was upset I had questions. Exam room door was left open, did not acknowledge my husband sitting there. Made me feel like he had no time for me and I was not important. No answers to my problem, he “had no idea”. Was not interested at all to see me any further, just stood up to leave.
