One of the best doctors I’ve ever had.
Telehealth
During our first appointment, I couldn’t get my audio to sync with the video appointment. I was panicking, fumbling, and expecting him to hang up on me any second, it was taking a long time. But he stayed on the video until we got on a call.Dr. Horne had me instantly at ease. He was patient and understanding. He took the time to listen to my traumatic experience and for once, understood what I had gone through and didn’t make me feel unreasonable for feeling the way I did. He took the initiative to formulate a reasonable plan that I was comfortable with to address and work through my trauma. He has already followed through on what we discussed and my anxiety level has decreased significantly. I’m finally getting the empathetic support that I wasn’t getting before. I feel taken care of and don’t have any stress worrying over my health.
