Well really can’t because he didn’t except me as a patient. They may say they support veterans but when the rubber hits the road I get told he is not accepting any VA patients. So you know what they say about actions tell the real story.

Dr. Horton is trust worthy, dedicated to helping his patients, willing to work with you or work you in, his staff is outstanding. I feel the staff always goes above & beyond. The office is always clean and sanitized. His office has easy access from the highway and handicap accessible. During the COVID-19 pandemic the office was quick to start telemed & taking all precautions for their patients.

I just moved to Tennessee about 3 weeks ago. I needed to find a doctor because I have fibromyalgia and depression. I called Dr. Christopher Horton to set up a appt. The front staff said that I needed to fill out a form and send it in, to see if they can take me as a new patient. I mailed it on Monday. On Friday I called them and the girl that answered said the Dr Horton will not take me as a new patient. I asked why? She couldn't even give me an answer. They didn't even call me to let me know. Not cool!!!!

Five stars! I really like Dr. Horton and all of his staff. I do not like his affiliation with CMI Memorial. They have some of the most convuluted billing practices I've ever seen. I am a pretty smart guy, but their accounting and billing process is horrible. I pay my copay, then get a small bill, then pay that and continue to get small bills. None of my other medical team providers ever require more than the copay. It has become such a hassle that I have decided to change my primary medical provider. I am sorry, Dr. Chris, but I just need to pay my bill once and not have to worry about it. I have enough to worry about already.

I been having health issues for the past months. Dr Horton knows because all the test that the specialist have done they send him the records. Made a appointment just to follow up with him and talk about what he thinks I need to do, get his opinion. The first thing that came out of his mouth when he open the door; WHAT DO YOU NEED. “Not hello, how are you doing or feeling.” He is rude and does not care for you at all. For him is all about billing the insurance and forget about the patient.
