Dr. Christopher Jackson, MD

I took my mother to the ER after having a stroke in addition to some other unidentified illnesses. She was very nauseous, vomiting, disoriented, weak, and in so much pain that she wanted to be admitted to the hospital. Dr. Jackson was very dismissive and outright rude. He sent her home after administering a pill for nausea without even running an MRI. I understand that there was a staff shortage due to the pandemic, but I do not feel as if he did the bare minimum in regards to my mother’s care. He didn’t even take the time to explain the reasoning for his actions. The notes on her records did not reflect the care she received. He lacks any compassion or empathy and is condescending. I felt rushed and wasted precious time by taking her to Dr. Jackson.

Dr. Jackson was very dismisses, uncaring, and unsympathetic during my visit. He did not take the time to listen to my complaints nor did he take the time to discuss anything of importance. I would not recommend this Doctor and would strongly urge others to ask to be seen by someone else.

I have seen Dr. Jackson several times in the Emergency Room. He is an excellent and caring physician. His diagnosis is on the mark and treatment from him is expedient and effective. I highly recommend him and wish he were in private practice.
