My husband and I felt like Dr. Janson really listened to what my husband was saying and spent a lot of time explaining things to us about possible reasons for the issue my husband is having. He ordered a sleep test and some blood work to help determine if my husband has a sleep disorder to hopefully get my husband some answers to his issue. Dr Janson was professional, but also very cordial. We are sorry that he is leaving this practice but wish him the best in the future.

My only complaint is that I had a 10:30 appointment and I waited 40 minutes to see the doctor. Apparently, there was a mix-up because he came in and then left as he didn't know I was in the room. Then he came back later. Like the doctor and his time but the wait seemed unnecessary.

When I arrived for my appointment there was no employee to check me in. I waited 5 to 10 minutes before someone came out to let Dr. Janson know I was there. After my meeting with Dr. Janson, there was no one to check me out. I did not pay my copay or receive any paper work concerning this appointment.

It was very difficult to schedule an appointment because there wasn't any available until the next quarter. That could help been 5 months away. I ask to be put on a list if there was a cancellation and was told no one hardly ever canceled. After a week I hadn't heard from them so I called again. I was on hold for about 45 minutes. I was told there was no appointments available again. I ask if I was on a list for cancellations. She checked and said there was a cancellation for the next day and I could come in. They need improvement on scheduling appointments.

Doctor was very busy, finally got to see him a little over an hour after my scheduled appointment, but I assume he spends as much time as necessary with each patient. He spent almost a full hour with me and answered most of my questions fully.

My husband has a new doctor. His previous doctor left the practice and referred him to Dr Janson. My husband, our daughter and I all feel that he is an excellent choice. He is everything a patient would hope for in a doctor. We are very appreciative to have him take care of our love one. Thank you, Dr Janson.
