Back in January 2022 I was new to Venice Florida someone referred me to Dr. Jefferson and he is just so kind so patient so understanding and never ever rushes you if you need anything he is there for you just call and Edie will make the appointment for you as soon as soon as she can, I would not trade Dr. Jefferson for any other physician just the best and so willing to explain everything that he is about to do or why you would need a procedure just the best referral I have ever gotten.

Great doctor. He takes time to ask questions and actually listens. He gives you as much time as you need. No rushing. He doesn’t sit with his back to you typing on the computer as many docs do. He’s the best doctor we’ve ever been to.

Highly knowledgeable and caring
I've been a patient of Dr. Jefferson for about 20 years. He is consistently attentive, an excellent listener, very knowledgeable, and skillful in his care. His longtime nurse, Edie, is equally skillful. They are a perfect team.

OUTSTANDING LEVEL OF CARE
I have been a patient of Dr. Jefferson for over 10 years. The level of care that I receive is outstanding. His nurse Edie is Professional , thorough and will return calls same day for any questions that you have. The entire staff is friendly and competent. Dr. Jefferson cares about each and everyone of his patients and will spend as much time explaining things to the patients as needed. I can say enough

I can't say enough about Dr. Jefferson. He is personable, kind, brilliant at correct diagnonses and although he has hundreds of patients. there is no wait in the waiting room and he treats you as you are the only patient he has. Explains everything in laymen's language and you never feeled rushed. His nurse Edie is wonderful and unlike the dentist, a visit to Dr. Jefferson is very pleasant. He is the best Dr. and if he can't help you he gets you a quick referral to a specialist.

Dr Jefferson has been my husband and my PCP since 2005 when we first moved to Venice. He is the best doctor I have ever had and have recommended him to many of my friends who have had problems finding a good doctor. I always tell them there is no other doctor like him. He sends you to a specialist when you need it, but then takes the time to explain the results from all the tests the specialist rushed you through and what it all means in a very caring way.

Dr Jefferson is quite a man. he cares, listens to you, explains very carefully, and Is available when you need him, although obviously very busy. Edie his nurse is Prompt in getting back to you very quickly, and is extremely helpful as well. The office staff is friendly and very efficient it seems.

Doctor Jefferson is the doctor every doctor should be. He listens, explains, and cares. He has been my doctor for at least 14 years and has never let me down. Appointments are kept on time and yet he always seems to take as much time as you need.. He saw my husband through what turned to be a fatal illness; he was always available, even in the hospital in the middle of the night. His nurse, Edie is a true reflection of all he is.

Dr Jefferson is an amazing primary care doctor - he really listens to what you have to say and doesn't seem to rush you. He explains things clearly and completely. Edie, his nurse is also great - whenever we have bloodwork done, we get an email from Edie letting us know the results quickly!
