Do not care
The people at this establishment do not care about anyone’s mental health and will tell you OH WELL if the doctor is out of the office and I’m out of my medicine that causes withdrawals. I would absolutely look elsewhere for care!!!!

Visit with the doctor was good. His staff doesn't communicate well with new patients. It would have been nice to know that they are not a provider for BCBS and that a 10 minute online conference call was going to cost me close to $300!

So here we are May 20, 2021, Governor has lifted mask Mandate. And he still only wants to do virtual appts. I Understand back in height of covid, but even then he had time to go on Vacation, but no in person appts when all my other Drs seen me in person! Well the cashiers at the dollar store and pharmacy are essential and make far less money then he does and they show up in person!! I call this lazy and a lack of real commitment! Just my two cents. You decide .

Do not use this office. I am an educator married to a career military man and was told by the office manager/insurance clerk they didn’t need my business and could care less who I told. Would not allow me to leave a message with the doctor because it wouldn’t change anything she said.

I've been too many different dooctors, and Dr. Jenkins is the best by far, he always listens and has your best interest in mind. He's very laid back and wants to know how everything is working for you. I recommend him to anyone needed psychiatry treatment!

This is the only Dr I don't dread going to. I look forward to visits with him. He Takes time to listen. Very one on one. Operates like Drs did back in the 70's. He has a small office with small staff and they treat you like a neighbor. He makes you feel like you exist. Unlike some Drs who wouldn't recognize you 5 min later in the lobby. Each visit, he wants to know about YOU. He talks TO you,not AT you and actually listens to what you have to say. Hope he never retires. Most important, he cares!

Dr. Jenkins has been a godsend to me. I have been to hell and back and I can honestly say with 100%certanty that Dr. Jenkins and his staff were nothing short of compassionate and an advocate of healing from day one. My story is truly one of a kind and so is my Doctor and staff. There is no better listener and straight shooter than Dr. Jenkins. Thank you for the care you have given to me and the professionalism of your staff.

In my opinion Dr. Jenkins is an excellent physician who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes an adequate amount of time individual patients and will always return a phone call promptly to address any questions a patient has. In a time where most doctors try to maximize the amount of patients they can squeeze into a given day, Dr. Jenkins really takes his time with you and doesn't give you the feeling that he is in a hurry to move on to the next person in an assembly line.

He's the only psychiatrist I've had in over a decade of being a crazy person who has consistently helped me. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has yet to steer me wrong. I refuse to see anyone else.

He is ridiculously hard to get in touch with even though he strongly encourages personal phone calls for some reason. He is rude and has the bedside manor of a wildabeast. He spends a maximum of about 10 minutes and gets paid around $200 (sometimes more) per Recovery Visit. He thinks he is a genius for some reason. It's either his way or the highway. He knows he's essentially the only doctor in the area who can Rx suboxone and other addiction psychiatry medications & he uses it to his advantage.
