Never explained to me what exactly was wrong with my shoulder. Talked to me like I was not smart enough to understand. Only told me what he could not do. No information on how to improve situation. Would not listen to my complaint of radiating pain.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Keen, and I only needed something to help with my trigger thumb. The entire office staff was very efficient, and wait time was minimal. Dr. Keen took time to explain everything to me and gave me a shot of cortisone to help with the tendon inflammation. As he predicted, in only a couple of days I could bend my thumb again without pain. Since I am left-handed, and this was my left thumb, it is so good to regain the use of my entire hand now. I will definitely see him for any future orthopaedic needs!

I went to Dr. Keen for trigger finger (thumb & middle finger). I already had the other thumb done a few years ago. He spent as much time as needed to make sure that I understood exactly what the procedure entailed. Things have really changed in a few years. I look forward with confidence to my surgery in three weeks. He is highly recommended by patients & other medical professionals.

The medical staff performed an exceptional 1st visit. They moved patients in and out real quick. Seemed like a good system. Dr Keen explained everything well and gave me my options. I chose surgery. I am currently recovering. I am waiting to see if it all works out well for me.

I was unexpectedly pleased with the efficiency of the office overall and with my appointment. Dr. Keen was thorough in his exam and explanation of his diagnosis. Dr. Keen spoke understandable terms and explained my options for my shoulder pain. He provided steroid injections and suggested an MRI which I returned for the results a week or so later. I was referred to another specialist to explore my issue. I was pleased with the expediency and expertise of the handling of my particular situation.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, even though a very busy facility it runs like a well oiled machine. Dr. Keen and Kendall have been great before surgery and post op.

I've gone to Dr Keene with numerous breaks and one time surgery was needed he's always been there for me,courteous, knowledgeable and always explains everything. I have recommended him to a number of my friends who find him the same as I do. Would highly recommend him and the whole office doctors and staff

Knee pain. He discussed my x-rays with me and spoke about potential future surgery. He recommended and I agreed on a shot.

Dr Keen really took his time explaining to me the issue with my shoulder (completely torn rotator cuff) .. he did not push surgery, for which I was grateful because I told him my pain level is only a one out of ten ... but told me to come back when I felt the need to and he would put me in a new shoulder. He said at my age, 81, he would prefer to wait till absolutely necessary. He gave me a steroid injection. I went back six weeks later for follow up and will have another cortizone shot in six weeks.

The office staff is extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Keen is wonderful. He takes the time to fully explain his diagnosis, as well as measures that can be taken to ensure your recovery. He exhausts ever option possible to treat the problem, resorting to doing surgery as a last resort. I highly recommend him, especially for those with shoulder issues.
