Dr. Kosarek's Staff very rude and unprofessional
I called Dr. Kosarek's office to ask about when my prescriptions (which ran out) would be refilled. I asked why the prescriptions could not be scheduled every 3 months, since the supply is 90 capsules per refill. The staff person was very arrogant and disrespectful. She hung up on me for suggesting quarterly refills, without having to call the Dr's office every time I get close to running out. I submitted a complaint to my insurance (Aetna).

Dr kosarek was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my questions and concerns. He explained things that I understood very easily even drawing pictures. Doctors like that are very rare, and I appreciate it. Will absolutely recommend him!
