This physician doesn't pay attention for more than a few seconds as soon as you try to speak with him. He was initially dismissive of my menopausal symptoms and insisted they from something else( anxiety) My mother had the same hot flashes and I have them too. I do know the difference between menopause symptoms and anxiety symptoms. Dr. Kraft spoke about this in a judgmental manner and jumped to conclusions. I had to advocate on my own behalf continually over the course of 4 appointments. He does not display any concern about women's aging process and how it contributes to menopausal symptoms and other common ailments. I experienced a profound lack of basic human kindness coming from him. My second appointment for just a follow-up,,, I was left waiting 2 hours in the lobby waiting room and one hour in the exam room before I saw him. Then as soon as he entered he did not allow me to discuss any medical concerns I had and dismissed me within 5 minutes. No improvement in future apps tho

Dr. didn't wear a mask. Dr. didn't check my vitals but wrote down that he did. Dr. took a personal phone call during our visit. Dr. was 'eye balling' me due to my weight which is due to my enormous fibroids. He was not willing to assist me. I went back to the doctor that trained him and that doctor looked at the notes and was appalled. Avoid this 'doctor' at all cost.

Dr. had mask not worn properly entire visit (never covering his nose.) Dr. had never met me, waited almost an hour to be seen less than 10 minutes. Told him I was in pain, no response. Tried to get him to act "real", gave a few open-ended questions, no response. I felt he didn't care for my health. I ended up going to Urgent care that night. I am very out-going and left the visit feeling very defeated. I had a specific issue going on, he didn't look at any of my lab results and the whole reason I took time off for the visit was for a consultation. Perhaps because I am older he had no interest in patients like me.

I was dropped by my previous ob/gyn when I was 30 weeks pregnant because I lost health coverage and it would be another four weeks before I would get health coverage at my new place of employment. I was devastated but later, I found this to be a blessing in disguise. Thankfully, I found Dr. Kraft who saw me starting at 36 weeks pregnant. Not only was he kind, courteous and had a good bedside manner but he explained everything thoroughly. He made me feel very comfortable and being a single, first time mom was somewhat scary but having a doctor and staff as professional as they were, I am glad he ended seeing me through till the end of my pregnancy. I would certainly recommend Dr. Kraft to anyone and if I could give him a 10 out of 5 stars, I would.

Dr Kraft is great! He goes above and beyond. I had my daughter and she wasn’t cooperating and coming on time and he stayed until she came. His nurse Krystal is amazing! She’s very attentive and helpful and she always has a smile on her face! I just love the whole staff there!!!

Dr. Kraft is probably of the best docs out there. I called the office to schedule with another doctor and I was told that he had openings. I must say that it was one of the best decisions that I've ever made. I'm beyond grateful and thankful for him. He is very professional, compassionate, kind, funny, and overall just very attentive to women's needs. I highly recommend him. After switching to him from another practice I was at for 16 years, he's definitely a keeper.

I have not had a male Dr. since I left Pa but after having so many female Dr's, I have been very displeased that they push you along and do not help at all. He was amazing and more thorough than any Dr I have been to. I was very pleased with him and especially asking so many questions and giving me a script for blood work that my daughter, being a Chiropractor, was totally happy reading saying these were all the things I have needed looked at for years. I am so happy to have gone and give him a
