never
running late but can't communicate that with his patients, i drive 2 hours to get there for an appointment that i waited 9 months for, appt was at noon, at 1pm, we call the desk, no clue that we are even there, then MR ARROGANT comes out, tells us that it will be 3pm for a test that he now tells us takes 2 hours and then we can't leave for 2 hours and then another 2 hour drive home. then he expects me to come back next week and waste another 8 hours of my time. in my day, we called that person a horses backside because he don't care about others at all.
