Lost with trying to get medical records
I can't seem to to get hold of my medical records for Dr. Milford's office. I moved out of state and I am trying to help my current Dr get my records. No one knows anything only get the answering service when you do call. I can't even find out if they have a patient portal to do it myself. Unbelievable.

Horrible! I reported my visit to the medical board
Patient abandonment is "refusal of the physician to respond to calls or to further attend the patient." I am a medical professional and was shocked and bewildered by Dr. Milford's conduct. Dr. Milford took over Dr. Hyson's practice when he retired, laws of patient abandonment apply - meaning seeing Dr. Hyson's patients with in 30 days. It took 2 months for me to get an appointment, I explained to the receptionist I was on seizure medication and could not run out, she did not care. When I finally got an appointment Dr. Milford spent approx. 5 minutes with me. He assured me he would send my prescription to my pharmacy and I could pick it up that day. The pharmacy said the prescription directions were incorrect Dr. Milford did not respond to clarify; I could not pick up my RX. I was experiencing horrible withdrawals, could not work. For 4 days I called and no one responded to me or my pharmacy. I had to go to a quick care to be treated and get my prescription called in correctly.

HORRIBLE!!!
Do not go to this MD! Stay away! He filled my RX incorrectly and the pharmacy would not fill them. He would not call to correct. I had to go to a quick care to get my correct medication since I was out of my seizure medication. His office is the WORST IVE EVER DELT WITH. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. His office does not resolve issues. I am writing a complaint to Medical board.

Worst Neurologist in Las Vegas
Dr Milford is cold and unable to make connections with his patients. He orders unnecessary tests on patients then cancels appointments to go over results of those tests and has also gone as far as withholding medical records from patients even when medical release forms are signed and requested by other physicians and the patients. You will not get the care you need or deserve with this doctor. Please look elsewhere.

Dangerous Doctor
This doctor has no concern for your health. He walks into a room and the ice forms. I spent a few thousand dollars with this doctor. I was misdiagnosed and put on a drug that almost took my life. I called to let the doctor know how I felt, he had no concern and told me to continue use. I had multiple test's with this doctor and still have many questions unanswered, Dr. Milford is just not worth the time and money and can be extremely DANGEROUS!

Don’t Waste your time. Waited an hour or longer. He showed no interest in helping me finally manage a genetic collagen disorder EDS. I have had to advocate for myself for 17 years. He instantly stereotyped me likely as it’s all in my head or o wanted meds. NOPE ?? I needed help, the next day I get a certified letter being dismissed from his care. I have had now multiple specialists do this now with managing this condition. He doesn’t care about patients. I’ll be reporting him to medical board. Awful -22929/10 recommend!! I got no answers and came After waiting months to be seen. Left with zero answers. He barely spoke and I’ll figure out what to do and did nothing. Reporting him to my insurance!

Bad office, employees yelling at each other in hall and he is not doing anything about it I learned more of this office at that moment than the 2 minutes he spend reviewing my 20 test I had there. First visit was good testing was good but after anything else was bad

WASTED EMG. GO ELSEWHERE!!! Needed definitive test for broken screw. Was fastest EMG I ever had & Dr. Milford had no interest. EMGs are needed for a purpose and a reason to determine if a nerve if a pinched and WHERE. He could have cared less. I have had four others over 25 years as I have had various pinched nerves at different parts of my body. DO NOT GO HERE. ITS A WASTE OF MONEY. HE COULD CARE LESS. I will NOW has to spend money to get a SECOND OPINION. I hate EMG but they ARE VALUABLE.

DO NOT GO HERE! DR. MILFORD WILL ORDER UNNECESSARY TESTS JUST TO GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE! My wife was seen by Dr. Milford almost two years ago. He forced her to take medication that wasn't for epilepsy and, when she said she didn't want to take it, his office threatened to "report" her for "non-compliance." Then, he ordered a 4-day EEG. His staff put the EEG cap on wrong and wires kept falling off. Before the results were in, he was getting pre-auths for a more expensive test. Insurance called my wife, who called his office, who said it was "normal." When the results from her 4-day EEG came back, the report was inconclusive because of the issues with the wires. Then came the $400+ bill for the EEG (on top of the large co-pay for each day of the EEG my wife already paid). My wife challenged it to the insurance company. Dr. Milford agreed to write-off the balance owed, but is now threatening to send her to collections over two years later. DO NOT GO HERE!

I was referred by my new health plan to Dr. Milford, after I had explained to my doctor that I'd never go to him again. I was referred to him last year with some numbness and pain in my hand. I provided him with my health records. As I was checking out I was told he prescribed something for pain & numbness, which we hadn't mentioned. If he had looked at my records or spoken to me he would have known I couldn't take one of the meds due to ulcers and the other could cause suicidal thoughts.

Most unprofessional person I have ever met. Just closed his office in Lake Havasu Arizona, didn’t call or notify me at all. Didn’t refer to another doctor. Found out when my physical therapist said my therapy is canceled because he left. Went to his office and was told “too bad. If you have a problem call the medical board. Everyone in Las Vegas should know what kind of jerk You are dealing with

I can't speak for everyone prior to this message but I was in the office yesterday. The front desk staff was very polite and did what they needed to do. I got some nerve and muscle testing done and the tech who did it was very friendly and exceptional at what she did. Saw Dr. Milford for a quick moment (He had to stick me with some needles). He was quick and on point. Seemed like he was a little shy but he was informative and I am happy with the whole process.

Never even saw the Doctor. Many tests scheduled plus 3 MRI's. Never asked one question about my condition. office called several times to change appointment for the same day or next day that were originally scheduled in June. Called the day before my second appointment, and I call back 20 minutes later to confirm. Got a call on my way to office while driving that my appointment was at a different time, earlier. When I got and tried to talk to the office staff, rude and condescending. Walked out

I recently went to Dr. Mildford. I was so disappointed in the service I received. This doctor ordered several tests. Ultrasound, X-Rays and three MRI's. Once I got to see him after his staff called and canceled my follow-up three times HE NEVER TALKED ABOUT MY TEST RESULTS. In fact, he recommended me to have a surgery which I already had. After that he gave me the same examination I had on my previous visit. I left his office totally confused, I will not see him again.

Doctor Milford is great but the front staff are not the best. They have gotten better. This is why I gave him 4 out of 5 stars. I have been seeing him for 2 years now. His bedside manners are not like other doctors but that doesn't mean he doesn't know what he is talking about or knows what he is doing. Keep in mind he has a ton of patients so I think that is why he can't spend much time with you.
