Would give him 0 stars if I could.
Rude, condescending, arrogant, impatient. A family member is in the hospital with a severe condition. We get 2-3 minutes a day of face time with a doctor and he can’t even answer our questions without a smart alec response. Acts like we are wasting his time with our questions. Talks to us like we are 5 years old. He probably shouldn’t be in healthcare, because caring is not something this man knows how to do.

Condescending & rude.
He is so condescending. He said he didn’t know anything about my dad & would take days to read his chart. He wouldn’t follow up with us because he doesn’t make the schedule and doesn’t know where he will be next. He wouldn’t talk louder so my dad could hear because my dad should wear his hearing aids and his throat would hurt if he talked loud all day. Are you seeing the picture here?

Wouldn’t even give him the one star!!!
He had to do all the talking. Wouldn’t let you interact in conversation. Very rude and absolutely no bedside manner. Telling us because we lost her teeth in the hospital that this is why she is not eating. I said no the hospital misplaced her teeth being transferred to ICU. He said that’s not my fault and repeated it three times. Telling my mom to eat the soft foods and the tells her like an apple. WHAT??? Yeah that’s soft! Total idiot! First he tells us to bring her in some foods that she would eat and we do every time we visit to get her to eat. Then he tells us that really we should not be bringing in any food outside the hospital! We feel she is getting dehydrated due to no eating and not drinking much. He insisted that she was drinking. When you can clearly see every time we are there snitching has been touched as far as liquids go. Also he said it wouldn’t do any good to give her IV of fluids. We said maybe you should check her urine color. Wouldn’t recommend him at all! PERIOD!

Terrible doctor
Condescending and LIES to family members and on patient charts. He will discharge his patients fully aware they are ill with life threatening conditions, like sepsis. Save your own life by choosing ANYONE but him.

He 'oversaw'my emergency room visit at Henry Ford Macomb. Perscribed my medication, when I had questions about medications, he said he just Perscribed what he was recommended by specialist. Wouldnt't answer questions. Very condescending.....

Absolutely NOT EVER!
Absolutely the worst doctor!! You would be better off laying in an alley somewhere than have him come into your hospital room. He is the most arrogant man I have ever met in my entire 55 years. He may be smart enough to be a doctor, but it certainly doesn’t mean he should be one. His bedside manner…let’s just say, he doesn’t come close to having one.

Do NOT recommend
Dr. Nofar is a hospitalist at Henry Ford Hospital, Clinton Township. I saw him six out of eight days that I was an inpatient there recently his visits were a waste. He told me nothing. He answered none of my questions he told me I had to ask each individual specialist my questions, his purpose. I’m visiting my room must’ve been just to get billable hours. He was absolutely no help and on top of that. He was arrogant and condescending. He threatened to walk out of my room. If I asked him another question and he was offensive and he was rude. I looked up the definition of hospitalist. And some of what it says is that the doctor is supposed to coordinate all the other doctors, answer questions and explain things I guess nobody told Dr Nofar that these were his duties. Has a lot to learn, and how to treat people.

In for chest pains, accompanied by tightness in neck, collarbone and left center of chest. Dr. C. Nofar was very rude, no bed side training. Will never go to St. Joe's Pontiac again.
