Doctor was very Knowledgable and merged both natural and medical resources to heal our son. He was attentive and thorough.

Medicare denied coverage and when I explained to them that there is a box to check they didn't resubmit the bill to medicare they simply charged my card on file. The amount was way more that the medicare approved amount.

It's a 'walk in clinic' : no appointment needed. Dr Olenek has treated my entire family, and I've sent friends to him also. ALL OF US are happy with him. Dr Olenek sincerely cares about his patients, and takes him time with you. Thank You Dr Olenek - John 3:16

My experience with Doctor Olenek was pleasant and very enlightening.. He is conversant and free with his advice.. This man is a true professional with years of hands on experience.. Medicine is different for every body and the doctor is a practitioner and a seasoned professional..

The waiting time was slightly shorter than forever. Doctor is friendly but practices old fashion medicine, where the MD knows everything, don’t question him and be sure to have weekly or bieeekly appointments for him to bill. Care is harder to find these days, but there is more competent and customer oriented care out there. Just keep looking.

Dr. Olenek is extremely knowledgeable and considerate with his patients.

Dr. Olenek diagnosed and treated me when I somehow got MRSA; I was so sick, I thought I would die. He was GREAT. Friendly, most importantly though; he was thorough and knowledgeable. He is a wonderful physician and Vero Beach is lucky to have him.

went to see him because of wife's medical problem. Waited 25 minutes and stepped outside room to ask how much longer. He was walking out side and asked why am i out side the room. I told him to find out how much longer a wait. He lost it. Said i had no business leaving room. Said others are waiting Called me rude over and over again. Followed me into the exam room where my wife was awaiting treatment. She started to explain her problem and he kept shouting how rude i was. She said lets leave. As we were leaving, he kept berating us with the comments "rude" to anyone listening.

If you enjoy dealing with a doctor that makes mistakes and won't own up to it, or dealing with doctor jeckel and Mr Hyde. Go for it. You have been warned by someone that in 53 years of living has never left a bad review in his life. Olenek is the gaslighting king. His poor secretary gets screamed at infant of the packed waiting room. Took awhile to see is true colors. Needs anger management.

Went to him with badly swollen knee. Said I had gout. I tasted negative but treated for it anyway. I told him I didn't appear to have gout as nothing was helping. He said and I quote. then you have some mysterious medical condition! I had Lyme! Because of him I was not treated promptly. I didn't get a real diagnosis until I returned to PA. Consequently, the other knee was affected.

Dr Olenek saved my life after diagnosing me with an acute arrhythmia A fib He gave an infusion of a medication to slow my heart and immediately wheeled me to a nearby heart Doctor He has a great staff, Brittany a d Nicole a d a phenomenal bed side manner a d explained everything to me in detail I highly recommend his expertise and office

Being from Calif and very ill my primary dr in calif told me to go to a local urgent care facility. I chose Urgent Care East and was one of the best choices and experiences for me. Yes I had to wait over an hour to be seen BUT to all those complainers about the wait ...call your regular dr and see how long it takes ! Dr Olenek is exceptional . He explained and treated my illness with priority. He listens and cares. You are not treated as just a number. I would make him my primary if in Calif.

Terrible attitude. Angry person. I would NEVER return. I waiting 2/12 hours for a 3 second lab test to be performed. When I commented that I had no idea it would be that long of a wait, Dr. Olenek bit my head off. Told me I could go elsewhere. Omg! I apologized if I offended him but he went off the rails . The staff is kind but his behavior is in excusable. Should have gone to my internist ....thought this would be easier. Wrong! Find a different Urgent Care!

I RECENTELY SEEN DR OLENEK FOR BACK ISSUSES AND ARTHRITIS HE IS THE SWEETEST DOCTOR AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AND IMFORMITIVE I AM VERY THANKFUL TO HAVE BEEN SEEN BY DR OLENEK AND I WILL DEFFINETLY BE SEEING HIM AGAIN IF THERE COMES TO BE ANOTHER PROBLEM

Great Doctor, Great Cash prices for those like me with no insurance. The front desk was very helpful with very question and concern I had I would definitely recommend Dr. Olenek to anyone I know Im so pleased I met him and made him my primary care physician

Let me start out by saying I am terrified of doctors and Dr. Olenek made me feel very comfortable. He was very thorough, had a very nice bed side manner. The office was clean the staff was great and the nurses were terrific. the wait time was not bad at all I think I waited the longest 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in town -Dolly

The doctor was observed being extremely rude and demanding to one of his employees while I was registering-- that should have been my cue to leave. 90 minutes later I had still not been seen by Doctor, although others were seen before me and there were few patients in the office. No tissues in room!! sorry, we ran out !! Paper towels on counter, not in receptacle -- room (waited over 40 mins) hot and stuffy-- could not crack door--against the rules ..hopefully they credit my visa soon.

I called and was told there was no wait so I drove across town. It is difficult to find the office. The staff could not give directions to the office. When I got there the office was empty. I asked to see the doctor and was told they did not take my insurance. They did not offer a cash price or other option. It is strange to me that with other urgent care places in Vero with a two hour wait on this day, this provider chose to get no pay rather than giving a cash price. A poorly run business.
