I recently saw Dr. Ponder in a Florida ER and found him to be knowledgeable, caring and efficient. I would have no problem recommending him and the hospital.

While I will not go into detail regarding our experience with Dr. Ponder, I hope that it is an isolated incident and will be resolved. I have trusted Baylor McKinney with our care (a few ER visits and the birth of our son), and will continue to do so, however, we will never be under the medical supervision of Dr. Ponder again. If you have any problems in the ER, be sure to ask for Miss Greta. She is fantastic and will make sure you are taken care of! Can't say enough great things about her!

He billed my husband for a cervical collar for $304.00 and he never had a cervical collar in the hospital. His problem was his back.
