Had a septum fix with him in 2021 to help me breathe better, and it didn't do anything but increase my sinus drainage. Then in 2023 a stitch was poking through the front of my nose, leading to 6 months of pain, infection, and an eventual cyst formation that is draining from two separate holes in the tip of my nose. I've been through four rounds of antibiotics, seen my PCP, a dermatologist, and another ENT specialist, and now will have to see a plastic surgeon to fix this problem without complete disfigurement. Extremely unsatisfied.

Dr. Rathfoot is God sent. He is amazing and how he actually cares for patients & people is incredible. I cannot recommend this doctor enough. He went over and above to help my husband from his first visit to his surgery. What a genuine doctor with an outstanding bedside manner! He listens and explains things in such depth and his communication is just great. I give this guy a 20 star rating! Doctors like him are hard to come across, highly recommend!

$800 later and they confirmed I couldn't hear and felt bad with little to no solutions offered. Little things along the way show a lack of organization. Wrong referring doctor listed, prescriptation called into wrong place and I had to fix it.
