Do not miss the opportunity to book Dr. Reilly
Dr. Reilly is the best doctor I have ever had!! And I mean in any field of medicine. From the first visit he has been the same. Calm, caring and very informative. He knows his stuff and he holds nothing back. If you're not following the program, he will let you know but in such a nice way you don't realize you're in trouble lol. He will do anything to help you even have pep talks to get you back on track if you fall off with your weight loss. He won't let you fail. He is very well rounded and is just an overall Great person. I love Dr. Reilly.

I have not actually had a visit with him. I cannot get past the office staff. I called to get an appointment for my husband and "Lijah" had me on hold for ten minutes and then again for five minutes. She told me she was very busy and i asked if she was too busy for new patients and she said yes, sometimes. That was enlightening. I asked to speak to the manager and got "Barbara" the "lead" instead. She told me that the online appointment making tool "was not working". Nevermind that the message on the phone instructs you to utilize that as a patient. She was full of excuses about how busy they were and how there was just so much "going on". I asked repeatedly for the office manager and no one would let me speak with her. I really wanted to use Dr. Reilly because he came so well suggested, but I don't think i can get through his horrible office to make an appointment.

I’ve been to Dr. Reilly twice for surgery in the last 7 years. Both times have been a success. He’s a very patient and thorough man. He covers all aspects of the surgery, potential outcomes and aftercare measurements. He was even accessible on call when I had an issue. The wait times on average are 30-45 minutes. That’s typical for a doctor’s office these days. However, it’s still an inconvenience. Nevertheless, if you can get beyond the waiting room and onto the operating table, your life is in great hands.

Dr. Reily is excellent! He has a PA that is not! Last month my appointment was cancelled because she wasn't going to be there; TODAY i went in; had an appointment at 8 a.m. and at 844 she walked into the room where I was sitting. I can't type the whole story because there isn't enough room, but she immediately told me; that I could reschedule with Dr. Reily and he will keep you waiting a lot longer than I did! Sound like a person you would want on your staff or caring for you?
