This Dr, is out of control and unprofessional..
To start off He was late as usual. Dude was never on time. Comes in says He is sorry, I tell him well that’s not good enough. They He tells me He had to pronounce someone dead that Morning. I don’t believe him, cause he is always late. Today, an hr late. I tell Him it’s not my problem, that He shld have called his staff to relay to us patients that he had an Emergency. He then proceeds to say, You know what? FU!!!! You can go find another Dr. I tell him well that’s not very professional. He continues to say FU, I pick up my jacket and hat and start to walk out and the takes the discharge papers and with his hands nudges me, paper falls to the ground. I told him, u don’t put ur hands on me. As I’m walking out, he says come get this paper, I told him to shove it up his butt. This dude is outta control. He has lost it, and He sends me a bill. I’ve called the insurance co. And requested not to pay him and I won’t pay my co pay either. I will also report Him to the State medical.

Dr Robertson has been our primary care physician for about 17yrs now. He is the most compassionate and caring person I’ve ever met in this industry. He goes above and beyond for your medical needs, easy to talk to, amazing at what he does and very personable, we are so blessed that he is our primary care physician. Highly recommended him and his staff if you are looking to get taken care of.

I have been a patient since 2004 when we moved to the Woodlands. I convinced my husband to switch from the VA to Dr. Robertson. We have never had a complaint. When my husband was dying he called to ask if he could visit him at home. All of the kids (all adults) had flown in and were at the house. Dr. Robertson visited with my husband and stayed talking with the kids more than an hour. They still talk about him saying that he is the only Dr. that still makes house calls. Dr. Robertson coordinates with your other doctors when required. When other doctors put you in the hospital he visits you.in the hospital. This is the kind of compassion that is needed in a primary care doctor. I highly recommend him and suggest if your primary does not give you this kind of care you switch to Dr. Robertson. I almost forgot current staff is wonderful.

I have been treated by Dr. Robertson for the last 17 or 18 years while he was at Sadler Clinic (prior to it becoming a factory, that just turns out patients). He is, by far the best doctor that I have ever seen! Will you be in & out at record breaking speed...prolly not. But, his personal approach is VERY genuine and usually spot on. He has texted and/or called to check on my progress over a weekend! Dr Robertson’s staff Bea & Martha worth their weight in gold....keeping the office rolling!

I love having Dr Robertson as my physician. He is compassionate and caring and I have a great deal of faith and confidence in him. Sometimes there is a long wait time to be seen for an appointment, but he always gives you the time that you deserve and never tries to rush you through an appointment until all of your questions have been answered fully. I cant say enough about him.....excellent doctor!

As a retired RN it was imperative that my PVP be someone who listens and cares. Dr. Robertson does both. His staff has improved over the past year becoming more responsive to concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Robertson to anyone & encourage them to overlook his staff's busy pace that is easily misinterpreted as uncaring.

Very thorough and quickly seeks consults and follow up appts with specialists when needed. He personally texted a special downtown in the medical center and we were seen the next day. Takes his time with each patient but this causes him to run late. Good at medication management and diagnostic work ups.

Dr Robertson is very personable and makes you feel comfortable and unhurried. However, if you're a person who values punctuality, you may not want to go here. If you want a doctor with excellent diagnostic skills, who is methodical and detailed but comfortable, he is my choice. The office staff are friendly but don't expect to have the phone answered when you call.

In my business if you are traveling through and your car breaks down we go above and beyond to get them back on the road.Sad its not that way in the medical field.if I had known it would be so hard to see Dr Robertson when i needed to,especially being in pain I would find another doctor.looks like thats what I am going to have to do.very disappointing being a new resident here.would not recommend anyone that is need of a true Dr.I've never experienced this kind of service before and I am 53.

Dr. Robertson has been my doctor for sometime now. He really cares. When I have had to wait I haven't minded because I know he is taking time to listen to his other patients and answer all their questions, just like he does with me. I've never had a physician I liked or respected more, I would definitely recommend him.
