Personal touch
Dr. Sander has been my doctor since 2012. I have the utmost respect for the decision's he has made concerning my health and well being. What I like is, he is a very good at listening to what you are saying and he guides you along the right path.

I am very pleased with Dr. Sander, However his staff needs A LOT of work. Called spoke with person to confirm Appointment. That was OK. And then spoke with the same person about written prescriptions after 33 minutes explaining (one Med that it was for something different than what it usually was prescribed for, numerous times) and having to spelling the meds (which i could not spell) she told me that she would have them ready that afternoon. Drove 25 mins and was told the Dr. was off today.

While Dr Sanderis a very good Dr;his staff lacks in patient quality of care. I have had numerous bad experiences with staff..from lack of communication, delayed call return,bad attitude and today snide remark from assistant,& her inability to get vitals appropriately.(Thus causing me to be angered and my BP to be further higher than it had been being) Because of the constant staff issues I'm considering going else where, which is a shame because I really like Dr sander and his quality of care.
