I was not able to always remember what instructions or the results of tests. I asked the doctors to please call to explain to my daughters what the doctors had told me. They were great about talking to them. Many times they had called them first. That was a relief to me.

Very good experience. Dr. Schmitt talked with me, not at me. Plenty of time for my answers to his thorough questions about my health history. We developed a clear plan of care to maintain my asthma at a manageable state. And how to manage any future acute episodes or respiratory infections.

Dr. Schmitt listens to what you have to say. He is a caring person and will help you. When I was admitted to the hospital, even though the usual procedure is having a hospitalist in charge of the case, Dr. Schmitt took the time to see me each day while I was there. He is a wonderful doctor! I definitely recommend him!
