He was very personable and seem genuine when he said " if you have any questions, even if it's about other doctors I refer you to, don't hesitate to ask me" Witch he said at least three times.

First ENT I have ever had that took the time to really listen and try to piece together my overall medical history, and was careful to not just treat symptoms but try to find a cause. Very helpful and would definitely recommend.
