Disappointed
I like Dr Tardif but the office staff is horrible. They aren't very helpful or friendly. Very difficult to get refills. For that reason I have to give a low star rating.

unacceptable treatment
Dr Tardif is horrible. He doesn't listen to his patients. He performed a lithotripsy and did not give me any Stints for the stones to wash down. I ended up in the ER and then ICU with Sepsis. All along he said I told him not to put them in, which is crazy. Who does that? This is not a doctor that practices for the wellbeing of his patients. I have had to go to Mayo Clinic to correct what damage he did on my ureter. Apparently the lithotripsy scarred it and now is not even useful. My advise is stay away from this doctor at all costs.

Horrible. I made the appointment for an implant. I was assured that the doctor was an implant specialist and very capable. I paid my $35 co-pay. Dr. Tardiff walked into the exam room and said he does not do the procedure and I need to see another doctor in the group. He was in and out in sixty seconds and never even sat down. I asked for my co-pay back and they refused. Plus, my insurance paid for an exam.

Dr Tardif diagnosed my bladder cancer which was resolved through surgery. I continue to see him to check that the cancer has not reoccurred. I recommend him very highly. He made the diagnosis and performed successful surgery. He was thorough and clear in his explanations, and has been patient and caring.

horrible! I wrote one negative review but decided to give him a second chance; he botched it. He is incompetent and inept. He gives Cleveland Clinic a bad rep. First procedure at VR could not happen because he didn't review my records and ordered the wrong test. Went for the second correct one a month later and no orders were sent. And that phone system is ridiculous; 20 minute waits are normal. i am so much sympathy for his staff. Don't go there.

Rescheduled appointments regularly. Waited and hour after appointment time and finally left. Very disorganized.

Don't waste your time and money. He will give you no time and take all your money. Then keep wanting to see again to get office visits for things that should have been dealt with the the visit 2 weeks prior

Nice guy but unimpressed with my medical care.Failed a kidney stone removal surgery (left the stones), waited 5 days to tell me, put a stent in that was for a pro basketball player (it HURT because it was scraping the floor of my bladder), thwarted attempts at allowing me to get proper testing to determine the cause of the stones, didn't care what caused the stones, didn't want to explain any procedures. His nurse, Diane, was AMAZING, and kind. I have a $30,000 kidney stone left in my body.

He prescribed a surgery that has left me impotent, incontinent, and miserable. He should be ashamed that He hurt me so badly. Nether has he apologized or made right for this botched medical experience. I would never recommend this Doctor to anyone!!!
