One of the best practioners I've had as my PMD.
I've been seeing Chris Toupin for over 2 years now as my PMD. It always feels like two colleagues getting together and enjoying a chat when I have my exams with him, as I have history in the medical field as well. I recently acquired squamous cell carcinoma of the throat that metastasized to my neck. He has helped me through the coordination of many specialists, from oncology to radiation therapy and now neck surgery. He keeps in very close contact with me to discuss my latest treatment protocols and prognosis, and is a very warm, personable, and empathic physician; I look upon him more as a good friend than just my doctor. I feel very blessed to have him on my team!

Couldn't spare 15 minutes???
The level of unprofessionalism and disregard to patient safety is unbelievable.  At 430p the day before my 95 yr old grandmother's appointment with Dr Tupin and the Sun City location the front desk calls to say "sorry we messed up and scheduled you for a 15 minute not a 30 minute appointment & the doctor won't wait so your appointment has been bumped". Never min its their mistake, never min its less than 24 hours notice, never min she waited two weeks for this appointment..... just too bad for the 95 year old patient.  Think they could offer the same appointment the next day oh no of course not.  Think they could offer the same appointment at another location the next day, nope not that either.   The completely incompetent front desk seriously thought a Tele-Doc appointment with a nurse practitioner was good enough.... and just how are you going to take my grandmother's blood pressure over the phone, run blood test, etc. Front desk needs to take responsibility for their mistakes!

Dr. Toupin is such a patient, caring doctor. He took the time to listen to me and I felt like he was in my team. He also took the time to explain anything I did not understand. His staff is welcoming and friendly as well!
