Unprofessional
I waited 2 months for the most unprofessional 30 second consultation appointment. Dr. Tran came highly recommended so I figured he was worth the wait. His staff broke my trust and confidence in his abilities to care for my son in the 30 seconds I spent in his office today. When a parent considers surgery on their child, they want to feel a level of comfort and compassion from the second they walk in the door. Dr. Tran proved today that he can’t run his ship and that’s not someone I’m willing to trust my child with. I dodged a bullet today by not trusting this man to care for my son and recommend you do the same before wasting your time.

This office is inefficient. They have the nerve to call me before my appointment to let me know there is a $50 no show charge. I arrive and I’m waiting for AN HOUR. With no explanation or follow up. I have to inquire at the desk. Furthermore they are so disorganized they hand the charge sheets to patients to carry back to treatment rooms. They can’t even get their act together to develop a process for this. 1 star is giving them more credit than they deserve. I can’t believe a competent physician would allow this in their office. STAY CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE!

Amazing care from start to finish! had a wax blockage in my left ear & couldbarely hear out of it. Called for an appointment at 8am, they took me at 9am. Dr Tran was fantastic, and I was out of there in 30 minutes. Friendly staff another plus, highly recommended.

Had extensive sinus surgery and septal repair. Explaination was complete, teaching was sufficient for all post care. Staff called to check on me second day. I had very little pain, no complications and I knew what to expect. Dr Tran did a wonderful job, I highly recommend him.
