Caution
Nurse left room mid exam and I was alone in a room with a male physician who was doing a pelvic exam at the time. This is not only egregious, it should never happen.

Dismissive and disappointing
I just saw Dr. Warner for the first time in a while after moving back to the area. I really liked both him and the office staff before, so I figured it was worth driving an hour. However, what I experienced was incredibly dismissive and assumptive. I told him about my concerns that I may have endometriosis after a lot of research and speaking to others with this diagnosis. He wouldn't even entertain the possibility or talk to me about it after learning that I eat meat. He blamed my issues on my diet and basically said I had to go vegetarian or vegan if I want to feel better. He didn't even explain why he thinks I don't have endometriosis despite having all the symptoms. In addition, he informed me that I have cysts on my ovaries without connecting this to a probable PCOS diagnosis. He didn't tell me anything about how PCOS can affect my body or what we can do for treatment. This entire visit was incredibly disappointing after having had so many good appointments with Dr. Warner before.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I called to make an appointment with his office and was spoken to in a rude and demanding way. Shakara Mitchell, his office manager, was very rude. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing on the other end of the phone. I just got a new job and told her that I would pay out of pocket until my insurance activated two weeks later. She was incredibly rude and yelled at me over the phone. When I asked to speak to the doctor because I felt that she was being incredibly disrespectful, she said that the doctor was listening to our conversation silently and that he wouldn’t speak to me about her behavior and lack of customer service without becoming a patient (which I was trying to do). In the meantime, she spewed misinformation by saying that she could schedule me for an appointment where I could pay out of pocket and allow insurance to reimburse me when it activated a short time later, then she canceled the appointment and said that she never scheduled me.

It’s been a while since my last visit. Not by choice. When I turned 65 he kicked me to the curb. No Medicare patient. I had been with Dr. Warner every since I was a young adult. Very professional office. Find a doctor that except you as a senior. I been his patient at greater southeast hospital. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR YOUNG ADULTS!

Dr. Warner’s entire office is very unprofessional and rude. They have no regard for their patients I will never be returning back to the office for ANYTHING. My advise would be to save yourself the trouble and find an honest doctor with ethical business practices.
