I am a R.N. and I had the privilege of developing a professional relationship with Dr. Christopher Wong when I worked at Sutter CPMC, the Pacific Campus. Dr. Wong "stood out" with regard to his clinical expertise and his interpersonal skills with patients, families and staff members at CPMC. I have had the added privilege over many years to have Dr. Wong as my Primary Care Physician. I feel so very lucky to have him as I totally trust and respect his clinical skills and I so value his excellent interpersonal skills in our relationship. He is a blessing in my life.

I have been seeing Christopher Wong for about 4 years. He is very knowledgeable, personable and shows true care for his patients. I am a tough audience as a patient and can tell immediately if a doctor is really good or just OK. Dr. Wong is really good. Also, his front office people are truly helpful and good at scheduling.

Very knowledgeable doctor. Moves very quickly (like most doctors), which is understandable but not a great experience. Front office is not overly helpful/pleasant over the phone which can cause issues, but nice in person. Overall I have had a good experience with Dr. Wong.

Felt like he was after a money grab. He told me that he wanted to run a bunch of tests, and "That it was good that my insurance covered all of it". Then, he NEVER called me back to share the results of my test, I had to call and the secretary told me "everything is fine, that's why we never called you". I later called in to set another appointment and when the receptionist answered, she said "call back. I am at lunch." Just a very unprofessional experience and never went back again.

He's a good doctor when you can see him, but his office doesn't have the coverage to handle a complicated case. He's been away for weeks at a time with no covering doctor. I left messages with his secretaries, relaying my symptoms, and he told them to tell me that it sounds like I have depression. That's without examining me. Meanwhile, my endocrinologist, who examined me, told me I'm going hyperglycemic. Not good.

Knowledgable, thorough and thoughtful. So many other physicians I have seen in recent years act as thought they cannot wait to get to the next appointment. In contrast, Dr. Wong takes the time in each visit to ask questions (often beyond the primary reason for my visit) and answer questions. I find him to be genuine and amiable.
