I am so happy I’m with Sharp now and don’t have to deal with this doctor. She prescribed me a medication for migraines without explaining the side effects or how hard it would be to ween off of. The medicine was very effective for six months or so but when efficacy waned, her solution was to up the dosage, up the dosage again. Every appointment I waited an exorbitant amount of time to be seen and was met with complete disregard and impatience, practically pushed out the door after five minutes. I had questions, that annoyed her. I wanted to take time to explain my migraines, she assumed I was like everyone else. Horrible doctor, horrible experiences with her. I recommend finding someone less “important” than Dr. Jackson, you’ll get better care.

She is in a rush to get out of the office from the moment she steps in. She is condescending when you ask her questions and will not spend more than 10 minutes with you. I do not recommend going to her if you would like answers to your questions.

I can’t believe anyone gave this doctor less than 5 stars. Quite simply, Dr Jackson is amazing. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, open to new ideas, and most of all, works with her patients as active partners in their care. She is my favorite doctor and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her staff is a also great - invariably responsive and helpful.

Trust her implicitly! SO much more knowledgeable re migraines/ treatment. I also had a bad car accident - increasing neurological symptoms - she got me into a neurosurgeon the next day. Very caring, compassionate and ALWAYS takes the time to listen. Very difficult to believe the above negative comments - have NEVER experienced any of the issues they discuss.

I've gone to this doctor for years. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable and interested in improving your quality of life. She can make you see things in perspective. That's difficult when you're dealing with a frustrating illness. She's by far the best doctor I've ever had.

Dr. Christy Jackson is the best! She’s been my chronic intractable migraine neurologist for several years and makes a difficult situation tolerable. She takes the time to listen to each patient and makes you feel validated. Five stars.

I have suffered for years with intractable pain and Dr. Jackson came up with solutions, to set the records straight, the use of Botox is not "Off-Label" and even arguendo if it was, a specialist has latitude in what they chose to treat a medical condition. Botox has an indication for Migraines from the FDA since 10/2010 and is reimbursable by medical insurance. I have found her to be a compassionate doctor, who treated me with effective new meds affording me relief. I highly recommend her

After 16 months of 24/7 burring headache, we can not still believe how this doctor ruined my wife's life by treating her with Botox injection for her headache which was off-label treatment for her cervical headache. Allergan, FDA and 4 other HD specialist agreed the incorrect treatment. It has ruined her life and no one deserve this pain and suffering. Avoid this doctor at all cost. she is all about business not patient care.

She is the best! She is so friendly, compassionate, knowledgable, & really takes the time to listen. She doesn't rush through the appointment. I never leave reviews for anything but when I saw the comments about her being a cold person, I just had to leave my thoughts. She as helped me so much with my different health issues as well as identify new problems & now it's all under control & I am to the point where I only need to see her twice a year rather than multiple times. She is fantastic!

Unprofessional and disorganized staff. Long wait. Receptionist lost my multi-page paperwork just seconds after my husband gave it to her. They insisted I fill it out again, and we refused (they found it later but still blamed my husband for the loss). Dr Jackson then refused to see or treat me -- ever -- and maligned my husband by calling his actions abusive because he refused to redo the paperwork and insisted they find what they had lost.

Impersonal, non-communicative, prescribes meds without explaining side effects. Will never recommend to anyone. Cost me a fortune in medical follow up for side effects. Horrible service at Scripps Clinic. Constant phone problems. Biggest mistake ever going there.

Doctor is cold, impersonal and does not listen to patient. Only asks the questions she wants and orders tests without telling you why. She does not go over all side effects of medication with patient before prescribing. Difficult to get an appointment.
