I wish that she would spend more time with you. She's in and out before you have time for her to discuss your health. Also the office doesn't call you back when you have questions about your lab results. These have been the problems that I have been experiencing with my physicians.

Staffing is poorly managed. Don't expect to speak to a secretary or get a phone call returned. Receptionist will say they will have someone call you but the staff is always busy. You will find yourself wasting a whole day.

Dr. Mnzava's bedside manner was good. My problem came in when I needed a refill on a medication she prescribed. I called and was on hold and no one returned to the phone!I called and called for a refill she was either off for a couple of daysor the rude receptionist would say it's in her box to refill I even asked could someone call me back to let me know if it was called in, so I won't have to keep calling and checking at the pharmacy.Nothing! I realized I just needed another physician.
