Dismissive
My appointments with were stressful. Was dismissive and did not take me seriously. Did not explain what symptoms to expect or how they could be treated. I just hope no one else will be treat the way I was.

I had an awful experience with Dr. Park. She didn’t listen to a single thing I said. She completely dismissed every single thing i said and I have a chronic terminal illness. She was so quick within 5 Mins of meeting me to tell me I didn’t have anything wrong with me. Even said I didn’t have fibromyalgia that my previous Rheumatologist diagnosed me with. Not a single test was done to confirm that diagnosis or lack thereof. She was quick to get in and out. I left in tears. The nurse handed me my paperwork and could see I was crying and didn’t say a single word. They sure wanted that $40 copay though. I wouldn’t send a single person I know back to this office. UT has really gone down the toilet these past few years.

The staff here is heartless and uncaring. On two separate occasions, the staff was cruel to my 80 year old grandmother. She got lost and was late for her appointment. Instead of practicing grace, the hateful staff told my grandmother that the doctor would not see her and that she would not be able to receive even her bloodwork because she was late. My grandmother then began to cry and the unfeeling staff would not even try to help her. She was bullied by the staff and my complaint will go higher

No follow up and no return calls. She's only in the office three days a week and if she cancels she doesn't come in an extra day, she pushes you out literally months to get back into see her. No response even to urgent pleads for help! Staff is just as bad. If you need drug approval, expect months of wait time. They won't even return the pharmaceutical companies calls.
