Definitely will not be going back! Had surgery on my wrist and have a huge scar which surgeon told me would be gone in 3 months and over a year later it is still there and looks really bad. Come to find out, the procedure I had done was not necessary after seeing another dermatologist. In addition, paying upfront full amount before they bill insurance is ridiculous.

Will not be going back! Have a huge scar on my wrist that the surgeon said would be gone in 3 months and it has been over a year. Secondly, went to another dermatologist to find out the procedure done was not necessary. Never have I been to a medical office where they make you pay full amount before they bill insurance. Overall a bad experience.

My daughter had an awful experience here. Dr. Woodruff was very condescending when speaking with her. I actually overheard one of the conversations and Dr. Woodruff was just rude and wouldn't let my daughter really talk. or allow her to explain what she was calling about. I would definitely not recommend her office to anyone.

Dr Woodruff does not see Veterans...her web page says she takes Tricare but she doesn't.

After 3 years still have nightmares about Dr. Woodruff. Went in for a topical acne refill, left with 3 biopsies she suggested since had been in tanning bed. Then claimed had skin cancer to have surgery to remove. Long story - but conclusion was all unnecessary!! Apparently she needs money real bad !!
