I like DR Johnson as a person but is not professionally responsible for the care of her patient.. I seen her for years and was repeatly let down with the follow through on test results and consultation I was told I needed.. time after time the paper work would not be in my file.. I changed Drs and now I’m very happy with him and the staff…

The biggest issue I had was the doctor charging me for stuff I did not get done. The nurses were rude and unprofessional. The clinic was unsanitary. The doctor seemed distracted which is why none of my health issues were never resolved. I was there for over 2 hours and nothing was done . This was my first visit and after that I never return. If you go here please pay attention to your billing . I went in for a physical and didn’t get that but yet my visit was like 3k . Be careful !

I've had much better. I WOULDN'T recommend MY family to Dr. Johnson because of her UNEDUCATED. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE staff., At Neither Of Her Location's in Little Rock and North Little Rock Arkansas. Dr. Johnson is okay but her STAFF. Is GARBAGE.!!

The worst! I sent my 70 year old client to see this Dr. and it only took one month for all of her meds to be out of wack. I called every day begging them to answer their fax and refill her depression medication and nothing! It’s been two weeks and my client is depressed, agitated & emotional. What if it was a heart medication. I’m switching before this office kills my client!

Apparently Dr Chrystal Johnson can not keep staff. Thus no one to answer the phones or to help patients. Good Luck on this Dr helping you.

Last visit that I had scheduled was a telel-health visit. I spoke with the nurse and was told that I would receive a link to see the doctor. I waited for the better part of an hour and never received the link. Called back to the office ans was told the nurse was sending the link. It has been a week, I am still waiting (not really). Called back to file a complaint and all I got was a loop to a voicemail that I am sure will never be heard and a call that will never be returned. Only reason I haven't changed doctors is because it is almost impossible to find one taking new patients during Covid-19.

First off, very difficult to ever get ahold of the office. Felt like I was trying to be scammed. The office tried to say I had to pay for a $300 allergy test that was never administered to me. I declined a “healthy lifestyle coach” but still received a phone call from one that she referred me to (this is just a minor annoyance). Orders labs every time you go in even when not necessary. Kept stressing how I need to lose literally 10 pounds because of my BMI.

This is worst medical doctor,I have ever visited. Overcharges patients, and orders a bunch of unecessary tests. Failure to properly diagnose,it took six months to get my diabetic supplies. She had over 100 patients waiting for their medication.

This is the worst place to work or to be a patient. She overworks her staff, talks down on them, and illegally makes them work in positions they are not qualified for. For her patients she orders a bunch of tests and medicines that aren’t even needed. MONEY HUNGRY for sure. I’m surprised her practice hasn’t been shut down yet. It needs to be....she doesn’t even know what she is doing.

Dr. Johnson is the best doctor I have ever had! She has been the only doctor who has ever took the time to truly listen to me. I don't hesitate to refer my family and friends to her. She and her recent staff have been very good to me and my mother. I love her!

DO NOT use her. You wait a hour and a half in the waiting room then a hour in the back. She doesn’t listen when you tell her what’s going on. I went twice and the 2 times I went everyone was complaining even had a nurse walk out bc of how she runs things

I’m a military dependent and have seen many doctors over the last 30 years. But this has to be the worst . I had a very bad experience on my first visit. Waiting Almost 3 hours to see the doctor, the nurse that came in to take my history had no idea of what she was doing. It was one thing after another. Once I finally got to see Dr. Johnson she was very nice and I decided to give her the benefit of doubt. I should have went with my first Instinct and got another provid
