Great 1st visit
It was my first visit with him and he looked over my medical history closely and took his time with my visit and listened. He was not in a hurry which I appreciated.

Dr Fan is nice enough, however it is the front office that is constantly earning this office low ratings. They are uncaring, lack knowledge of the simplest question, the reception do not know the names of the back office, they transfer you into the wrong extension, if you call back they make you hold forever. A patient may have a calm demeanor the first or second mistake, however eventually it turns negative.

I grew up in Houston and after all the training decided it would be great to come back and serve the community that I grew up in.
