I saw him three times (not by choice) and he was patronizing, insolent, and ineffective. In my last visit, he inferred that I was hysterical and he dismissed me without even examining me. That day I was seen in HCA & sent to the ED. Two days later, he created and embellished 2 visit notes stating in my record that he called me, talked to me, and offered medical advice. That conversation never took place; it was a blatant lie! I believe this was an egregious abuse of power and gross misconduct.
