Outstanding doctor
I had a phone consultation with Dr. Sevier after testing positive for Covid-19. She was very thorough in all her questions, very caring and a pleasure to talk with. She evaluated and explained everything carefully. An excellent practitioner whom I would definitely recommend to anybody.

Perhaps one of the most genuine, caring practicioners I have ever had the pleasure of having as a doctor. At Northwestern Immediate Care, she was diligent in her evaluation and explanation of my condition and symptoms. I could clearly tell that she wanted to help alleviate my ailment and took all necessary measures to do so. If only doctors were as patient and kind in their profession as she is.

We had a terrible experience with this doctor. She was disrespectful, accusatory, and acted as though our presence was an inconvenience to her. She appeared to have zero experience with children and if anything, she came across as being disgusted by children. My toddler was crying in pain and I was told by this doctor that she was going to wait to give me the test results until my child was able to calm herself down.
